Ingrédients pour 03 litres de kossam
- 500 g de lait en poudre
- 500 g de yaourt nature
- 28g d’arôme vanille
- 02 litres d’eau
- Sucre
Matériels
- Un Récipient de 04 litres avec couvercle
- Un batteur, une louche ou une spatule
- Une serviette bien propre
- Un contenant (bouteille en plastique ou en verre)
Préparation
- Tiédir 02 litres d’eau à feu doux puis, le verser dans un récipient;
- Ajoutez le lait en poudre au fur et à mesure tout en remuant jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange homogène
- Ajouter ensuite le yaourt et remuer à ce que tout se mélange parfaitement bien:
- Recouvrer votre récipient et bien sceller. Puis, l’envelopper dans une serviette, attacher et laisser reposer à l’abris de l’humidité pendant un période de 10 heures de temps ou toute une nuit;
- Ce temps passé, sortir votre sceau de lait et y ajouter de l’arôme. Bien mélanger l’ensemble et y ajouter du sucre à votre convenance.

NB: Mon résultat est plutôt lourd car je le réfère ainsi. Pour ceux et celles qui le préfère léger, peuvent y ajouter une quantité d’eau afin de l’ajuster à votre convenance.
